Jim Kenworth, Playwright
Jim Kenworth is a playwright, living and working in East London.
His plays have been performed at Warehouse Theatre, King's Head Theatre, Harrogate Theatre, Edinburgh Festival, E15 Acting School and includes Gob which originally starred Take That idol Jason Orange and was a major critical and commercial success at the King's Head Theatre and Pleasance Theatre, Edinburgh.
He also currently devises, leads and facilitates playwriting workshops with Newham primary and secondary school pupils.
He is Newham City Farm's first Writer-in-Residence, a unique partnership between east london charity Community Links and City Farm, that offers innovative creative writing experiences for visitors to the Farm, particularly children and young people
